Are your ceramics dishwasher and microwave safe?

Yes, all East Fork pottery is designed for daily use and is safe for both the dishwasher and the microwave. We use professional-grade stoneware clay and lead-free glazes.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Standard orders typically ship within 5-7 business days. During peak seasons or limited edition glaze launches, fulfillment may take up to 2 weeks.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on unused, unwashed items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support more international destinations in the near future.

What should I do if my items arrive damaged?

While we pack our ceramics with extreme care, breakages can happen. If your order arrives damaged, please email us a photo of the item and the packaging within 48 hours for a free replacement.

Are your glazes lead-free?

Absolutely. All of our glazes are formulated in-house, are 100% lead-free, and meet all FDA requirements for food safety.
