The Coupe

The Coupe

The sweet spot between your favorite bowl and the perfect plate.

The Coupe’s shallow, wide space provides the perfect canvas for chef-y plating—especially proteins with sauces, thanks to its generous surface area that makes it roomy enough to cut while keeping the table nice and tidy. But it’s also a great place to dump a bag of salad or a container of takeout sukiyaki. In either case, you’ll feel like you’re in a restaurant (even if you’re still in your pajamas).

Why we love it:

  • A really, really good pasta bowl, if we do say so.
  • Like a canvas for artful plating
  • Dishwasher and microwave safe

Details:

  • Dimensions: 10.75" x 2"
  • Weight: 2.5 lbs
  • Holds: 2 cups or 16 oz
  • Material: 100% Lead Free Stoneware
  • Our pottery is made by humans and reduction-fired in Asheville, North Carolina. Any differences in glaze applications and surfaces are there to embrace.

Care:

  • Dishwasher and microwave safe
  • Avoid open flames or preheated ovens. Our pots are oven safe up to 350° but must start in a cool oven and be brought up to heat gradually (think crème brûlée).
  • Over time, your pots might accumulate mild cutlery marks. These can be buffed off with warm water and scouring powder such as Bar Keeper's Friend.
