Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal; a small return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund.

Pack with Care

Carefully wrap your ceramics in their original protective materials to ensure they arrive back at our Asheville warehouse without breakage.

Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
